Scanloc is an international healthcare recruitment company. Founded in 1995, we recruit doctors and nurses to the healthcare sector in the UK (NHS or private), Ireland, Scandinavia and internationally.

Our aim is to provide a high quality and personalised service. Our services are free of charge to you.

We are on the Department of Health's list of agencies operating according to the Code of Practice involved in the International Recruitment of Healthcare Professionals and have continuously been awarded the NHS PaSA National Framework agreement. This means we are eligible to supply locum and permanent doctors to the NHS. An increasing number of hospitals will only accept doctors from NHS Framework agencies such as ourselves.

We have a large client base consisting of NHS hospitals, Private hospitals and Treatment centres, allowing us to offer a wide range of employment opportunities.

Our knowledge of the European and UK health systems enables us to help you get your paperwork done so that your transition to working in the UK remains simple.

Scanloc adheres to the NHS Employer's code of practice in the Appointment of Locum Doctors. Much of what we ask you to do is required by this code. This may on occasion seem tedious, but be patient. We will help you through the red tape to a worthwhile locum or permanent post.
